Asta wants to make changes at the supermarket in Hereford

ASDA wants to make changes to its supermarket in Hereford, including a new click and collection point for customers to order their shopping online.

On Belmont Road, the supermarket chain has asked the Hearfordshire Council if it can install a new canopy in the store’s car park.

It also wants to add a new loading bay at the back of the store for its home delivery vans.

The design and access report submitted with the planning application to the council said the company wants an extension to the existing home shopping facility.

It likes the canopy in its car park, so it can create a movement through the service to collect clicks and services.
