New Holland, B.A. – Dorothy’s Cheese Dixin ‘Truffles Cheese has won the Sophie Award for this year’s New Product (Soy’s Milk Cheese). Sophies are presented annually by the Special Food Association.
Introduced in 2020, Dixin Truffles is a soft ripe cheesecake with punche that tastes earthy black food with a soft, fragrant texture for a crispy cooking experience. Like all of Dorothy’s dumplings, Dick’s Truffles is designed in Lena, Illinois.
Sebastian Lehmbre, Senior Marketing Manager, Sevensia Cheese America, the parent company of Dorothy’s Cheese Company, said: “This award reflects how our craft continues to be elevated.” Three years ago, Dorothy’s return cow received the same Sophie Award. While this is true of our quality and tradition, it’s a testament to the way our brand continues to grow. ”
