Foodland – Famous for its family-owned stores Exotic jingle, ‘Footland, mighty Southern Aussie, yes’ – Named the country’s number one supermarket.
In their 2021 supermarket survey, Choice Footland, primarily operating in SA, but has a store in both NT and NSW, which ranks first with an 82 percent rating.
It was followed by SA and QLT based tracks and Harris farm markets in NSW.
Choice compared the findings of their 2019 and 2021 surveys to “Foodland customers are still happier customers. This supermarket chain achieves the highest overall satisfaction score in back-to-back surveys.”
Both Coles and Woolley have been rated extremely low for supermarket satisfaction, but found that their ratings have been rising since 2019.
Aldi saw its ratings improve on the board and was rated first for value for money.
Back in 2016, Foodland caught the attention when the title was given to their shop in Froeville The best supermarket in the world.
