Man convicted of Dundee supermarket stabbing

One person has been jailed after being convicted of stabbing Dundee outside a supermarket.

James Robertson, 29, stabbed Jason Cole, 49, in the abdomen outside Campfield Square Shopping Center, Iceland, on June 19 last year, outside Iceland.

Robertson has been charged with coughing, corona virus and laughter in the face of 71-year-old Nancy Fife and attacking her twin daughters.

However, the judges at Dundee Sheriff’s Court acquitted him of the charges, and he unanimously charged Mr Colin with stabbing.

Following his conviction he was imprisoned by Sheriff Grant McCulloch.
