Remember Grex Pastries may be glass sold in supermarkets in Ireland

A product souvenir is given to a brand of Greek pastries that may contain glass and they were sold in a supermarket in Ireland.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has recalled the Grex Vegetable Pack, which is a 310g, two-pack product.

The affected products are best before August 15, August 28, September 11 and 12 and September 26, 2021, the announcement said.

It also notes that the affected items were sold at Iceland branches across Ireland.

The memorandum reads: ‘Grex Packers Ltd. recalls the volumes on top of its Grex Vegetable Packs as glass.

‘Point-of-sale recall notices will be displayed in Icelandic stores.’
