Food Lion plans to open its new Orangeburg grocery store on Wednesday, April 7 at the Chestnut Street Grove Park Shopping Center.

The store is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is located at 1370 Chestnut St. in the former By-Low.

There will be no public opening or ribbon cutting event due to corona virus infection.

With a total floor area of ​​41,600 square feet, the store will be renamed Food Lion and will employ 75 people.
