The woman who attacked the woman in the supermarket parking car died

A 56-year-old woman was killed in a head-on collision with a Massachusetts supermarket on Friday, officials said.

Denise Struqualourci, of Devkesbury, died Monday after being struck outside a Roche Brothers store in Acton, according to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.

Emergency workers arrived at the scene around 1 a.m. Monday and found the woman lying on the floor in front of the store. Prosecutors said he was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say a 76-year-old woman turned left while walking with a shopping cart while the attacker was crossing a travel lane.

The driver was at the scene.

The death is under investigation and no charges have been filed.

The Massachusetts Coalition, Occupational Safety and Health, a work safety advocacy group, said the state’s 14th workplace injury death in 2021.
