I’m a landlord – Tenant hasn’t taken out the trash in a year

Strange but true

She is the worst tenant he has ever encountered.

Landlord Xie from Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, was shocked when he entered the apartment of a resident who had not taken out her rubbish in over a year.

Video of his sloppy discovery, filmed Aug. 10 and obtained by Newsflare, shows the lodger, whose name has not been publicly released, sitting among piles of rubbish playing on her phone while another woman removes rubbish in her apartment.

The rubbish in the house was piled so high that it reached the windows.

And the smell from the garbage heap was the worst ally of garbage Xie had ever encountered – he said he thought he might vomit.

The trash was even worse than shown in the video Xie said, showing that he had already cleaned some of it before they filmed the dirt scene.

After five hours of garbage collection, the apartment is finally clean.

The tenant is given a few days to find a new place to live, as well as some financial compensation, even though her standards seem very low.

When she was living in the apartment, she slept in the same little spot where she is seen sitting in the video.

Hoarding may seem like a rarity but it is just one of the many horror stories about dirty living.

Last year, a landlord in England evicted one of his garbage-collecting tenants and was shocked to find snakes, scorpions and tarantulas among the “awful” display of rubbish.

After five hours of cleaning, the apartment was finally vacated.

Another tenant in the UK reportedly buried his home in 600 beer cans – a person-sized pile of excrement.

Finally, the couple are excited to move into their new dream home, but are disgusted when they arrive to discover that the old tenant left them some gifts.

The sink was full of dishes, the toilet had poop – also a pile of used underwear had been left by the previous tenant.
