Lady Gaga performs at the Olympics opening ceremony

Lady Gaga opened the show with a rendition of Zizi Jeanmaire’s “Mon Truc En Plumes” on a set of stairs along the Seine River.

Gaga’s short set, surrounded by pink feathers, was reminiscent of her Las Vegas residency of jazz and piano. It also seemed like a tribute to Janmair’s performance of the song in The Ed Sullivan Show.

After descending the stairs, Gaga started the chorus line and played the piano.

Celine Dion and Gaga have been making waves on social media after they were spotted in Paris this week, with many fans speculating that they will perform at the Olympic Games opening ceremony on Friday.

Olympic officials kept the participants in the ceremony largely secret before the ceremony began.

French newspaper Le Parisien Reported Dion will perform “L’Hymne à l’amour” by French singer Edith Piaf. The Hollywood Reporter Confirm the news On Wednesday, Gaga will also perform.
