Charlize Theron has explained why she will never gain weight for a movie again.

In the past, the actress changed her eating habits to gain weight in two roles: Monster (2003), in which she played serial killer Aileen Wuornos, and the 2008 comedy film took overin which she played a mother of three who suffers from postpartum depression.

“Now, if I don’t work out for three days and go back to the gym, I can’t walk. I can’t sit on the toilet. It’s all those real moments.”
