Lists Tennessee House for $11 Million

…where he and Christine lived

Jay Cutler His house comes on the market for a hefty price tag, but it does come with some sentimental value – it’s the same house that he and Kristin Cavallari Call home at once.

The listing shows that Jay’s Tennessee pad is for sale for $11 million… The 10,697 square foot home is set on over 45 acres, and comes with a gym, sauna, and new pool house.

According to real estate records, Jay and Christine bought the house in 2018 for $4.2 million…they later bought the surrounding 35 acres for an additional $1.2 million. Sources tell us that house was left to Jay in the event of their divorce and where he’s lived since – it’s unclear why it was emptied.

Kristen and Jay also extensively filmed their reality show “Very Cavallari” while living in the house during its three seasons.

As we reported, it was a tumultuous breakup between 2…with Kristen Save documents in 2020claiming that the former Bears quarterback was withholding money from her as a way to prevent her from buying her home. Jay said they already had several pads, so buying a new one just didn’t make sense.

They also sold one of their other Nashville homes that same year — dumping the property for $3.7 million.
