The royal family remembers their mothers on Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom.

The unofficial photos show Kate perched on the branches of a tree, flanked by Prince Louis, 4, Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 7. And white sneakers and the engagement ring of the late Princess Diana visible on her left hand.
The second photo shows Kate, 41, cuddling with Louis and smiling broadly at her youngest son.
The images, by Matt Porteous, are from the same photo on the couple’s 2022 Christmas card. They were posted to the couple’s official Instagram and Twitter accounts with a simple message, “Happy Mother’s Day from our family to you,” along with a red heart emoji.
Earlier Sunday morning, King Charles III, 74, He praised his motherQueen Elizabeth II, on the first Mother’s Day since the Queen’s death on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96.
He shared a throwback, apple-cheeked image of himself as a reddish-headed little boy, standing on his cheerful mother’s lap. The Queen wears a beige day dress, a double strand of pearls and pearl earrings. A second, more recent image depicts Queen Camilla as an adult with her mother, Rosalind Shand, who died in 1994.

The post, posted on the royal couple’s Instagram, read: “To all the mums everywhere, and to those who may be missing their mothers today, we are thinking of you and wishing you a special #MothersDay.”
King Charles will be crowned on May 6 at Westminster Abbey in London. The ceremony will be preceded by a procession from Buckingham Palace and culminate in the appearance of Charles, Camilla and members of the royal family on the balcony of the palace.
