Are supermarkets open on Easter Monday? Will Asta, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Little open tomorrow?

Supermarkets across the UK are mainly closed today since Easter Sunday – Sunday, April 4.

Easter Sunday traditionally closes large retailers and many large stores, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Little, Asta, Morrisons – although some convenience stores remain open, including cooperatives.

With Easter Monday, April 5, fast approaching, many are asking – will supermarkets open or close tomorrow?

The answer is no. The stores will reopen tomorrow.

However, since Easter Monday is a bank holiday, they may have reduced the hours in some areas.

Below is a list of Easter Monday supermarket opening hours.

Tesco: All stores are open from 8am to 6pm (England and Wales), 8am to 8pm (Scotland) and 10am to 7pm (Northern Ireland).

Alti: All stores are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Asta : All stores are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sainsbury’s: All supermarkets are open, but hours vary

Waitrose: All stores are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

M&S Diet: All stores are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Morrisons : Supermarkets are open, but hours vary widely

Little: All stores are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
