No movement of grain boats was reported on Sunday in the Black Sea near Ukraine. Russia announced earlier in the day that it was suspending an agreement reached last July with Kyiv under the UN to transport war-stopped wheat production mainly to famine-threatened southern countries.
This new “crisis within a crisis” may be an unprecedented attack since the outbreak of war last February: A massive sea and drone strike against the Russian Black Sea Fleet stationed in Sevastopol Bay, in Crimea.
